How do I see what's NEW in the CLOTNet Forum?
If you would like fast access to the new CLOTNet Forum posts then click on "Forum (CLOTNet)" from the home page. At the top of the forum page click on "Show latest posts" to view a simple list of all the recently added threads. To access the thread directly, click on the thread name. How do I renew my membership online?
Log in to the CLOT website with your username and password. Then click on "My Subscription" in the "User Menu" on the CLOT home page. You should then follow the steps to purchase one of our membership options. You can pay by PayPal or by credit card online. If you experience any problems accessing our renewal system or registering as a new member then, simply click on "Contact Us" on the left hand panel of the home page and enter the details of your problem.
How do I update my contact details and email address?
Log in to the CLOT website with your username and password. Then click on "Your Account Details" in the "User Menu" on the CLOT home page. Then click on "Edit" and choose "Update Your Profile". In order to enter your details you will then need to click on "Contact Info". Please enter as much information as possible into the fields provided. It is advisable to use a capital letter for the start of each word then, lower case for the rest (e.g. Station Road). This will ensure that your address is clear on any correspondence. When you have entered all the information, click on the "Update" button at the bottom of the page.
Please ensure that you keep your email address up to date as this will ensure that you will be notified when your membership is due for renewal. Also we will periodically contact you with information about conferences and courses.
How do I change my username and/or password?
Log in to the CLOT website with your current username and password. Then click on "Your Account Details" in the "User Menu" on the CLOT home page. Then click on "Edit" and choose "Update Your Profile". In order to enter your details you will then need to click on "Contact Info". If you want to change your "Username" then, enter a new user name in the appropriate field. Please note that it needs to be at least three characters long. It also needs to be unique. Therefore, if it has already been used by another member then, you will need to choose another option. If you want to change your password then, enter a new password in the appropriate field (i.e. Password field). Your choice needs to be at least six characters long and cannot include any spaces. Please use upper, lower and special characters to strengthen your password. Enter the same password entry into the "Verify Password" field. Then click on "Update".
